The project was done under the course on "Introduction to Ergonomics". It involved a study of Human Factors such as sitting posture and also user behavior while using the existing product. These ergonomics data were gathered and analyzed to derive anthropometry based specifications for the table. Various iterations were done to match the specifications which were evaluated and final design was chosen and prototyped. The project has been implemented at large scale in IIT Guwahati.

The project was showcased during Human Work and Work Environment (HWWE) conference 2005.
